HOW TO: Network Reset in Apple iOS

To reset the network settings in Apple iOS, please follow the steps below: 

Sometimes it is necessary to perform a complete reset of network settings on an iOS devices (including iPhones and iPads). This will remove all remembered networks but ensure that there are no incorrect settings saved. 

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Click on General.
  3. Scroll down to and select Transfer or Reset iPhone.
  4. Select Reset.
  5. Choose Reset Network Settings.
  6. The reset is complete.  New networks can now be set up.
