How to remove Eduroam on a Mac

If you are having trouble with Eduroam after changing your Clemson password,  one option to clear out the old one is to remove Eduroam. Here are the instructions to do this on a Mac.

Click on the Apple in the upper left hand corner, then System Preferences, Network, Advanced. Now select Eduroam. Then click the “-“ to remove Eduroam, and OK.

Once it is removed, it should rescan for Eduroam and you can log in with a new user name and/or password. To get back to it, click on the Apple in the upper left hand corner, then System Preferences, Network, Advanced. Then click on Eduroam.

You will need to log in to Eduroam now, using your username@clemson.edu (do not put a “g” in it), and your Clemson password.

If you need more assistance with this, email ITHELP@clemson.edu or call 864-656-3494.
