1) Whom do I contact if I have questions about Canvas?

You can get answers to your Canvas questions by using the Help menu. Navigate to the Help icon in the Global Navigation Menu (the purple menu on the far left-hand side). The Canvas Guides can provide answers to common Canvas questions, while Chat with Canvas Support will allow you to instantly ask a Canvas representative your question. 2) Whom do I contact if I have a technical problem in Canvas?

If you encounter technical problems with Canvas, contact Canvas tech from Canvas’s Help feature (located on the Global Navigation Menu).
