Office 365: File Attachment Issues in Outlook

With the new roll out of Office 365, as with any new system, there have been a few glitches that may effect your experience. 

Issue: 

  • If the attach file option is not available when sending an email.

Solution:

  • Upload a file to OneDrive before attempting to attach the file.
  • Update your browser to the latest version.
  • Try using a different browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.)
