HOW TO: Embed my.Clemson map into a CU Events (Guidebook) guide

Guide owners should utilize the my.Clemson map embed (rather than Google or Apple Maps) as the my.Clemson map includes on-campus locations and other useful features.

Step-by-step guide

Embed the map in your guide using a web view

1. Open the Guidebook Builder and select the desired guide
2. Select Build Your Guide
3. Select Add a new feature to your menu
4. Scroll through the features list and select Web View > Add
5. Select the new Web View and edit the title to read my.Clemson Map, Map, Campus Map, or any variation.
6. Enter the following link in the Website URL field: https://my.clemson.edu/?embed#/map
7. Select Save
8. Select Settings 
9. OPTIONAL: Select Open in Browser so that the switch is blue with a white check mark (selected). If you choose this option, your guide users will be router to their default web browser to view the map.
10. Select Change Icon and change the icon from the default web view icon to an appropriate map icon
11. Select Save
12. Publish the guide and test the web view on various mobile devices to ensure the map embed is functioning properly.
