Here are some ways to get help from Clemson Computing and Information Technology.


PHONE

Call or text (864) 656-3494. We’ll try to resolve your issue immediately or generate a help ticket to track the issue and keep you updated by email.


EMAIL

Send a brief description of your problem to ITHelp@clemson.edu. This will generate a help ticket and assign a representative to track your issue and keep you updated. The subject of your email will become the title of the help ticket.


CHAT

Start a live, online conversation with us. We’ll try to resolve your issue immediately or generate a help ticket to track the issue and keep you updated by email.


SOCIAL MEDIA

Send us a direct message on Twitter or send us a message on Facebook to chat instantly with a CCIT Support Center representative.
