HOW TO: Locate the CCIT Support Center

The CCIT Support Center has a Help Desk available for all students, faculty, staff and community members to come for IT assistance. Located on the second floor of Cooper Library, hours of operation are posted at the following website including Special Hours at the bottom of the page: http://www.clemson.edu/ccit/help_support/support_center/hours.html

Any laptops coming in for repair will need to have data backups performed before they can be dropped off. You will need to provide backup media, such as an external harddrive.

Metered parking is available throughout Clemson's campus.  Locations and additional information is available at http://www.clemson.edu/campus-life/parking/visitors/. If you have any questions of availability or are in need of more specific directions, please call the Call Center at (864)656-3494.
