Troubleshooting issues for parking services log in
Estimated Reading Time: 1 MinutesIf a user is unable to log in to their Parking services account try the steps below:
Note that Freshmen are not loaded into the system until mid to late July.
- Be sure they are using a preferred web browser such as Google Chrome.
- Clear web browser's cache and cookies.
- Be sure they are using the same password as for iRoar and Canvas.
Note: If a user receives this error message: "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index", this usually means they have not been loaded into the system yet (~ Step 1).
