International Calling

Instructions for placing Local, Long Distance, and International Calls are found here:

Please make sure you are using the following instructions to make an international call:

Dial 011+country code+city code+telephone number and then the long distance code (if prompted).

If you would like to try a test call, you can use the New Zealand Microsoft Customer Service number as a test. To do so, dial the following on your work phone: 011-65-9-368-5680

If you hear a stuttered dial tone- then enter your own long distance code.

If you experience issues, please reach out to the Unified Communications group.

If you need to obtain a long distance code, please submit your request to and include the full 23 digit account number for billing.
