How to: Activate Citrix Workspace

Sometimes the automatic configuration of Citrix Workspace does not work and the best option is to download the configuration file. 

1. Using a web browser navigate to cuapps.clemson.edu or securevdi.clemson.edu depending on the connection required.
   
   
2. Click Gear in Upper right.
   
   
   
3. Click Account Settings.
   
   
   
4. Click Activate Citrix Receiver.
   
   
   
5. Download and open file to import settings into Citrix Workspace.
