This is caused by lack of network access to domain controller. This can be something as simple as the network cable is unplugged or the network you are on is unable to reach the on campus domain controllers. If this is an on campus lab computer or Smar Classroom podium the network cable is probably unplugged. Please reconnect the cable and you will be able to login. If you are off campus you may need to use the VPN Start Before Login icon in the lower right to connect to Clemson's network before logging in.
