HOW TO: Checking Your Paw Prints Balance

Print quotas are reset at the beginning of every semester (usually 1-2 days before the start of classes) but you will not see your account updated with the new amount until you submit your first print job of the semester.

You can use the following methods to check your print quota:

• Logging into or swiping your TigerOne ID card at one of the PawPrints release stations
• Using the my.Clemson app on your iOS/Android device, or by going to this link: https://my.clemson.edu/#/pawprints
• Using the PawPrints MoblePrint website at this link: www.clemson.edu/onlineprinting

If the amount in your account looks incorrect after you have submitted a print job, please contact ithelp@clemson.edu.
