Please log in to your Qualtrics account as normal. Then use these steps to contact Qualtrics Support.
1. Click the Help button (Question mark within a circle) in the upper right of the page.
2. Click on Contact Support.
3. Click on Sign out of all accounts.
4. Click on Sign in with SSO.
5. Enter Clemson in the Organization ID field and click Continue.
6. Click on I have a different support request.
7. For the Select a product you need to select Survey Platform.
8. Select the method of communication you prefer.
