IT TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
The Customer Relations (CR) team in CCIT is committed to enriching those in the Clemson University community by providing IT training and professional development opportunities. CR provides several venues for students, faculty and staff to receive training.

- Instructor Led Training. These are traditional training sessions in a classroom setting led by an instructor. Click here to see the current offerings.
- Custom Training. Custom topics are presented in Clemson faculty classes by the invitation of a faculty member or in special groups by request. Customized software training is available upon request for classrooms or groups. Request custom training sessions by sending an email to: ITHELP@clemson.edu. Put “CR Training Request” in the Subject line so that your request will be routed to the correct group
- Consulting. Small group or one-on-one training may be available when instructor-led training is not. If the training topic that you need is not available in Instructor Led Training in the near future, you may ask for consulting–a one-on-one training session. Consulting will be granted on a time-available basis. To request consulting, send an email to: ITHELP@clemson.edu. Put “CR Training Request” in the Subject line so that your request will be routed to the correct group!
- Online Virtual Training. e-Learning or online training is offered through our Percipio® software. Take this training anywhere, any time that you can access the Internet. Click here for Percipio Information.
