HOW TO: Configure Outlook for Windows and Mac

For instructions on configuring your Outlook account on a windows computer, please see the following link, and
choose the appropriate version of outlook that you have on your computer.  There is a tab for Macs.

If the automatic configuration does not work for these accounts, you may need to manually input the server and port information.

To manually configure the server settings for Outlook, use the information below:                                   

       Setting    IMAP (incoming)   SMTP (outgoing)
  Server Name   outlook.office365.com   smtp.office365.com
  Port Number   993   587
   Encryption Method     SSL     TLS
